I am incredibly proud to announce that I have PASSED the state of Michigan Broker Exam on my first try!!!

An incredible amount of time and preparation went into this. I have my wife Jessica Janes-Cropsey to thank for always supporting me, although I am a busy husband. And my Dad, Daniel Cropsey for giving me so much of his time to help with his grandchildren while I studied. Without the help this couldn't have been done.

What does this mean for me? It has opened doors that bring quite literally, unlimited potential. I'm choosing to stay at Production Realty as an Associate Broker while I continue to learn and grow using the awesome support that Ben Latocki and fellow agents at the office provide.

I did this for my clients, past and future, to ensure they are served with the most knowledge and expertise as possible!

The future looks very bright from here! 😎🤙

If you're not prepared, someone else will be and by the time a lender can get you a pre-approval letter it will already be under contract. Be prepared early in your journey, you will thank me later!
