After 2 years of FIRE HOT market trends yielding a highly competitive buyer environment, extreme appreciation, and record dollar volume - despite rock bottom inventory levels, we are finally seeing a rebalance!

Though sales price held strong, the first half of 2022 displayed signs of cooling with significantly less pending deals and lower dollar volume / transaction count across multiple segments of our market.
