There are roughly 3 million licensed Realtors in the U.S. & over 700 here in the Jackson area. But I am the ONE agent here in Jackson who uses this specific marketing strategy. The only one. And I think that's pretty valuable to my clients.

It's not cheap.

In fact, I invest more on marketing every month than most agents spend in an entire year. But I want to provide the best to my clients. Not the "cheapest" alternative.

That's why I film listing tour videos that get professionally edited by my marketing company for all my listings.

That's why I get over 20,000 views on those listing tour videos in the first week alone.

That's why I have an active list of over 1,000 potential buyers (and counting).

Providing the very best service to my clients is my priority.

Spring Creek Craft Market is happening September 12–13 at The Ledge in Jackson, and it’s a great opportunity to get out, shop local, and discover something new.

One day while looking at houses, Wayne said to me, “You’ve talked me out of buying a lot of houses!”

And honestly, that made me really proud.

Wayne and Sharon knew exactly what their family needed. We were looking for a specific price point, a specific layout, and a specific location. I would rather not make a sale than let a client purchase a house that I know will not serve them well.

So, from November until June, we looked. Diligently.

Some homes had the right location, but not the right configuration. Some had the right price point, but not the schools they really wanted. Some were close—but just weren’t the one.

Through patience and perseverance, we finally found the right home for this sweet family.

I’m proud they chose me, but even more grateful that they trusted me through the process.

Sometimes buying a home is quick and easy. Sometimes, the right home is a little more elusive.

Either way, my job is the same.

I’m here to guide, educate, and protect.

Because I don’t want to just help you buy a house. I want to help you make a decision that serves you and your family well.
