Howdy,
It has been a truly amazing Summer here in Jackson Hole with beautiful weather, limited wildfire smoke, and some epic rain and thunderstorms. I've been logging extra miles biking and hiking the trails in Grand Teton National Park and at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Spending time away from the office is a great way to reset and recharge.

Happy 4th of July!

Our newest Catalog of Fine Properties for sale has been released. Rarely do we see such an abundance of inventory for Buyers to select from in Jackson Hole. For Sellers, valuations are holding firm. We know how precious land in Teton County, Wyoming truly is with 97% of all land protected, conserved and preserved.

The outlying communities surrounding Jackson Hole continue to grow and offer an easier entry to point to owning land in and around Jackson Hole. Victor and Driggs, Idaho are just over Teton Pass and can be a good alternative for Jackson commuters.

The Q1 Market Report from Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty has been released. Here’s an excerpt from the report:
“The Jackson Hole real estate market had a strong showing for the first three months of 2026, posting 54 transactions that generated more than $258M in sales volume. Despite an approximate 12 percent decline for sales and volume compared to last year, the market’s performance was in line with Q1 numbers from 2022, 2023 and 2024”

Inventory has been lingering on the market longer giving a buyer ample opportunity to consider multiple properties and to find the perfect mountain home for their family.
