The Q1 Market Report from Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty has been released. Here’s an excerpt from the report:
“The Jackson Hole real estate market had a strong showing for the first three months of 2026, posting 54 transactions that generated more than $258M in sales volume. Despite an approximate 12 percent decline for sales and volume compared to last year, the market’s performance was in line with Q1 numbers from 2022, 2023 and 2024”

Inventory has been lingering on the market longer giving a buyer ample opportunity to consider multiple properties and to find the perfect mountain home for their family.
