Well, not here in West TN. If you follow any major news outlet, you will read how the real estate market is/will crash. Is that headline click bate trying to create fear? Yep.

So what IS going on in West TN?

The average home price has continued to rise even as rates have climbed. Why? Because demand continues to increase from new local investments like Ford Motor Company / BlueOval SK, and Georgia-Pacific. Jackson is growing and there is still a lack of supply. Meaning, home prices are solid.

Bottom line: No crash coming in West TN 👌
