Pivotal Housing Partners owns and operates 3 apartment communities in Jackson:
Francis Senior Lofts, 45 apartments
The Blackstone, 53 apartments
The Greenwood, 51 apartments
We are seeking a cleaning/ janitorial company to complete the following:
· Monday – Friday cleaning of 1st floor/ entry and common spaces (community room, fitness room, business center, restrooms)
· Monday – Friday general grounds clean up (any trash, cigarette butts, etc. disposed of on grounds/ parking area/ dumpster area)
· A weekly rotation of upper floor hallway and stairwell cleaning
· Pre-clean and final clean of vacant apartment turns
Bids may be provided as a hourly or a weekly amount.
We require proof of workers comp and liability insurance.
Invoices and Payments are processed via an online Rent Café portal within 30-days of invoice submission.
Bids may dictate if cleaning supplies are to be furnished by Pivotal Housing Partners or if they will be included in the bid rate.
