I specialize in helping sellers successfully market and sell their homes, help guide experienced & first time homebuyers as well as specialize in luxury homes & lakefront homes in Jackson County and surrounding areas. Real estate has been my full time career since graduating from Michigan State in 1992. I have the knowledge and experience necessary to allow my customers to make informed decisions.
As a lifelong Jackson native, I am familiar with the local lakes, schools and attractions. My youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organization centered around school and athletics, including traveling to compete in many triathlons with my dad and sister, and supportive mother. I grew up on Browns Lake and graduated from Jackson High, then earned a communications degree, majoring in advertising from MSU, where I was a member of the MSU water ski team. My current hobbies include spending time with family & friends, water/snow skiing painting, DIY projects and interior design. I am also very proud to have completed the Chicago Marathon in October 2007. I started my brokerage, Val Stover Real Estate Team in 2020 with the same goals as always: Give my clients successful results so they are happy and confident to refer me to their family and friends.
