Three years ago, I took that chance.

Today, Blue Suede Realty turns three years old, and looking back, I’m so thankful I bet on myself, my team, and this dream.

Honestly, this journey probably wouldn’t have happened without Joey Conner. When I came to him, he pushed me to think bigger, aim higher, and take the next step. Three years later, I’m incredibly grateful that I did.

Since then, we’ve grown from a small 1,100-square-foot office into a 3,300+ square-foot brokerage and property management company. But the square footage isn’t what I’m most proud of.

I’m proud of the people.

To every agent who has ever been part of Blue Suede Realty—whether you’re still here or your path led somewhere else—thank you. Real estate is a business where people come and go, and that’s okay. Every person who spent time here helped shape who we are today, and I appreciate every lesson, contribution, friendship, and memory you’ve left behind.

To the agents who continue to build this dream with me every day, I can’t wait to see where the next chapter takes us.

The last three years have been wild. We’ve laughed together, cried together, traveled together, celebrated wins together, and carried each other through losses. Somewhere along the way, this team became family, and I am so thankful for every one of you.

To my family, thank you for supporting me through every late night, crazy idea, challenge, victory, and setback. I couldn’t have done this without you.
