This house is closed, and I am extremely grateful to the buyer, the sellers for their patience, the lender, the closing attorney, and his staff, and most of all to the other realtor. They say it takes a community to raise a child. Sometimes it also takes a lot of people working together to get a house closed. It only takes one right buyer for every house sold.
