Our Story
Tony Scaffide has lived and sold real estate in Star Valley and Jackson Hole, Wyoming since 2005, but he came to know and love the Mountain West as a child. Born and raised in Southern California, Tony vacationed with his family on their 1,500-acre ranch in Wayan, Idaho, about 30 minutes away from Alpine, Wyoming. Days of hunting, fishing and riding snowmobiles and ATVs gave Tony a deep appreciation for the natural beauty and small-town feel of Star Valley and Jackson Hole, and he knew someday he'd return for good. Several years ago, Tony left his government job in California and relocated to the area, where he is raising two young daughters and enjoying the area's recreational opportunities and family-oriented atmosphere. Tony has become active in the community by supporting many of the local organizations in Jackson and Star Valley and has been a member of the volunteer Alpine Fire Department. He has also managed and owned several small businesses in the area. Tony is licensed in Wyoming and Idaho and works in all segments of the real estate market. His listings include residential and commercial properties, including farms and ranches, as well as building sites, and he has managed several construction projects. Clients look to Tony for his openness and honesty and for his ability to understand their needs and help them find the kind of property they want. He can share the perspective of a newcomer to the area while also offering the expertise and enthusiasm of a longtime resident.
