C&C HomeServices was founded originally as Cabin & Company by Tom Hedges in 2012. The company started as a smaller firm managing personal projects and close friend’s homes. Kelly Akin joined Tom in 2014 and became a partner in 2016. They grew Cabin & Company to manage 70+ homes across Jackson Hole and Teton Valley, Idaho and was rebranded as C&C HomeServices in 2020.
Aside from property management, Tom, raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, has a background and is active in real estate, property development and resort development and management. Kelly, raised in Powell, Wyoming, is active as well in real estate, business administration and several family management projects outside of Jackson Hole. Together, they bring a unique perspective to the property management industry in Jackson Hole and can help advise clients in maximizing goals with their investments. The team from C&C HomeServices has many years of experience in property management and is dedicated to ensuring owner’s properties are well cared for.
Founded in 2018 by longtime Jackson residents Tyler Davis and Shane Gray, Wyoming Property Management was built on a shared vision: to deliver reliable, responsive, and community-focused property management services across Teton County and surrounding areas. With over 30 years of combined experience in real estate, property maintenance, and hospitality management, Tyler and Shane bring a deep understanding of the local market and a hands-on approach to every project.
Today, Wyoming Property Management oversees more than 350 apartment units, along with a diverse portfolio of commercial properties and homeowners associations throughout the region.
Originally from Central Florida, Tyler relocated west to attend the University of Wyoming, where he earned a degree in Finance while competing as a Division I wrestler. After moving to Jackson—his wife’s hometown—he began his real estate career in 2016 and has since become a key figure in the local business and development community.
Raised in Central Pennsylvania, Shane gained early experience in property management through his family’s long-term rental business. He attended Franklin & Marshall College, earning a degree in Liberal Arts while playing linebacker on the football team.
