WHAT IT IS
✔️ 25% exemption off the fair market value of your primary residence
✔️ Applies to your home + improved land
✔️ Covers up to $1,000,000 in value
Translation: lower taxable value = lower tax bill

WHO QUALIFIES
You may be eligible if:

• It’s your primary residence
• You live there 8+ months per year

HOW TO APPLY
