Operations & Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Position Summary
Viking Investments is seeking a detail-oriented Operations & Accounts Receivable Coordinator to support payment processing, transaction workflows, document preparation, and office operations. This role is critical to maintaining accuracy, consistency, and timely ex*****on across Accounts Receivable and property transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Post payments accurately and same-day
- Take buyer payments (phone and in-office)
- Assist with AR record setup and proofing
- Prepare and proof Quitclaim Deeds
- Follow up on missing PDQ2s, contracts, and addendums
- Own workflow follow-ups to prevent stalled files
- Sort and route tax notices
- Maintain organized files
- Support office operations and client communications

Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable handling payments and legal documents
- Organized and follow-through driven
- Prior office, AR, or transaction experience preferred
