THE DEVIL IS A LIAR
The devil is a liar, but truth still speaks,
Even when the system is silent for weeks.
Behind those walls where the forgotten reside,
Human beings still breathe, still hurt, still cry.
A prison number should never erase a name,
A sentence should never mean they deserve pain.
Locked behind steel doesn’t make someone less—
They still deserve dignity, care, and respect.
Bubba had a name.
Bubba had a heart.
Bubba had a family
That fell apart.
And when somebody dies behind somebody’s door,
Don’t let silence bury what happened before.
Don’t let paperwork make humanity disappear,
Don’t let a cold system silence every tear.
Because justice ain’t justice when nobody speaks,
And accountability can’t hide behind techniques.
If somebody is suffering, somebody should see.
If somebody is dying, somebody should be free
To call for help, to answer the cry—
Not leave a human being alone to die.
The devil is a liar.
Truth doesn’t expire.
You can lock up a body,
But you can’t jail a fire.
So we speak for the forgotten.
We remember every name.
We stand for the living
And demand change from the same.
JUSTICE FOR BUBBA.
Not revenge. Not hate.
Just truth, accountability,
And justice before it’s too late.
Because behind every cell is a human being—
And every human life is worth seeing. 🦋
