🏃 A Jackson Hole Tradition Built on Generosity

Every September, Jackson Hole comes together for an event that is about much more than running.

Old Bill’s Fun Run returns on September 12, 2026, marking its 30th anniversary. The community-wide celebration brings together runners, walkers, families, local nonprofits, and volunteers for a day centered on connection and giving back.

Since 1997, Old Bill’s has generated more than $306 million for Teton County nonprofits, supporting organizations across the community, from education and the arts to wildlife, housing, health, and more.

Run Day features a 5K and 10K, adaptive races, a family-friendly Fun Run and Walk, the beloved Diaper Derby, and a Nonprofit Village showcasing local organizations.

This is Jackson Hole at its best: active, generous, connected, and committed to making the valley a better place for everyone.

Recent market data shows favorable conditions for buyers, particularly in the Single-Family and Land & Ranch markets, where both median and average sale prices have declined compared to this time last year. As more buyer activity shifts toward lower price points, the average sale price in the Single-Family segment has decreased by 33.8%.

🎨 A Weekend of Art in Jackson Hole

Mountain views may be part of the Jackson Hole lifestyle, but so are the arts, community, and experiences that bring people together.

From August 14–16, the annual Art Fair Jackson Hole brings more than 100 jury-selected artists together at The Center Park, showcasing ceramics, paintings, photography, furniture, jewelry, and more.

For three days, locals and visitors can wander through the fair, meet artists, discover one-of-a-kind pieces, and experience another part of what makes summer in Jackson Hole so special.

Presented by the Art Association of Jackson Hole, the fair is also the organization’s largest fundraiser of the year. Proceeds directly support its mission to provide art education for all ages, from 1 to 100.
