Although Samara has been immersed in the Real Estate business since a young age, she has been an active Realtor for over a decade; and currently fo
llowing in her father’s footsteps as Broker and Owner of Porter Plus Realty. She worked closely with the late Mr. Porter during the last few months before his passing in order to make sure she would carry on what he started and maintain his vision. Samara is passionate about upholding not only his legacy, but his two core beliefs that you always help others in need if you are able and that your family and loved ones should be your priority. Samara is much like he father with her drive, focus and insatiable work ethic. She has always been one to go above and beyond for those around her while maintaining a successful balance in her life. She obtained her Masters in Marketing from Drexel University where she also was an outstanding student athlete as a division one Tennis player. Since graduating, Samara has been a force to reckon with. With her active involvement as a board member of the YMCA, to working with Fortune 500 hundred companies in Project Manager and Director of Marketing roles, she also found a balance in order to be a full time mom. She is also currently following in her father’s footsteps as a coach for her children’s sport endeavors, so that she can share her knowledge of the fundamentals of the sports and to make sure they know the importance of being a team player. This again is proof that her love for her family and her desire to succeed where most would fail is above so many. She truly has the visions and the focus of her father running through her veins, and more importantly his love of family.
