Facts support our belief that the United States is expected to experience significant demand for rental units:

*Millennials aren’t buying homes at expected rates, for many reasons, and retiring baby boomers are selling their houses and moving to urban apartments.

*Stagnant job growth and stringent lending guidelines continue to make any decision other than renting difficult for many Americans.

*The prior recession significantly reduced the supply of new housing. Going forward, new construction is expected to lag U.S. population growth over the long term.

These factors and many more point to continued demand for apartments and a continued decline in home ownership rates.

We started in real estate, in 2011, renovating extremely distressed properties turning them into beautiful family homes. As is typical in real estate, we progressed from investing in single family homes to multifamily apartments.

We are a real estate syndication that purchases apartments with stable cashflow[O1] for substantial tax savings. A syndication is a partnership. We act as General Partners to acquire and manage investment properties like apartment buildings. We partner with family and friends, acting as Limited Partners, who invest funds to receive earnings equal to their percentage of investment.

Ginkgo Holdings is actively looking for investment opportunities in the landlord friendly states of the Southeast. Our focus is on C Class apartment buildings built between 1960-1980's. The property should have between 25-50 units with a light value add component.
