I showed 14 houses to one buyer today …. I haven’t shown 4 houses to one buyer in one day in years…. YIKES!! What does this mean? Inventory is coming alive, standing if it’s priced wrong, bidding wars when it’s HOT ape priced right….

YUP!! That’s what I see…. let’s go…. I am ready for a busy Fall market with lots of inventory….

Asbury park is a small seaside city located in Monmouth County, NJ. Right on the Jersey Shore coast, known for its award winning beaches and its famous boardwalk lined with shops, arcades and cafes. 🏖🛍
