BEWARD SCAM. I needed a locksmith in a hurry for a client who had lock themselves out of their home. I googled locksmiths Jackson MII and 24HR Mobile Locksmith Jackson, MI popped up 1st. This is the number I was provided, 734-800-0340. 2 individuals showed up about 45 minutes after the scheduled appt. time. Once they arrived, I left. I then found out from the homeowner that they were charged $265.00 just for drilling out the lock, then told the owner they needed cash or the charge was 10% higher and did not provide a receipt. Rented SUV with Tennessee license plates.

English was the second language of the seller, so I needed to explain the process with extra care. In doing so and moving to a successful closing made for an experience much less stressful and confusing than he anticipated.
