Live the Dream! Hidden Hollow offers 1, 2, & 3 Bed Apt. homes with an ideal location nestled on the Elk Refuge one block from Jackson Hole's Town Square.

Bordering the National Elk Refuge, this incredible & unique 10-acre property was previously occupied by the US Forest Service and was purchased in 2016 specifically with the intent for housing Jackson Hole’s primary residents. Hidden Hollow embodies the best of all possible worlds in Jackson: affordable, scenic and close to the very heart of Jackson Hole. Owners, Kirk & Jim, broke ground on Hidden Hollow December 18, 2017. Phase I, consisting of 55 apartment homes was completed in August 2019. Phase II is consisting of 55 apartment homes was completed in April 2020 and phase III, consisting of 28 apartment homes, was completed in July, 2020. There are a total of 138 apartment homes available. Additionally, 20 town homes and 13 single-family homes will be listed for sale in 2021-2023. It was a devastating loss in the fall of 2019 to lose Jim and Kirk to a plane accident. However, the families have continued to honor their legacy by making Hidden Hollow one of the premier apartment rental communities in Jackson Hole aspiring for Jackson Hole’s first Best green community certification. Choose from 1, 2 & 3 bedroom plans, each beautifully appointed with dedicated underground parking. Hidden Hollow offers affordable, workforce deeded, and market apartments.
