A very "only in Jackson" email we just received from a client: "Borrower is in the Wind River Range so we will not be closing today and I am not sure when he will be out of the mountains but I will find out."

Our office was lucky enough to receive a private tour of one of Jackson's premier estates sitting on 40 acres near the Snake River with dramatic Teton Views. The property has meticulously maintained and sits in a natural, wild setting with babbling books and endless outdoor space. This property made national news as it will go to Auction, with no reserve on July 28 by Concierge Auctions. The Great Room was a site to behold. Thanks to Concierge Auctions and Jackson Hole Sotheby's for letting us take a peak and break from our daily routine.
