📈 BIG NEWS FOR JACKSON! 🏡
For the first time in 70 years, the City of Jackson is growing.
According to new U.S. Census Bureau estimates, Jackson's population increased by 206 residents from 2024 to 2025, bringing the city's population to 31,022 people.
This growth reflects years of investment in housing, neighborhood revitalization, public spaces, and local business development. More people are choosing to call Jackson home, and that's a positive sign for our community, local economy, and housing market.
🌱Growth doesn't happen overnight. It happens when residents, businesses, community organizations, and local leaders work together to create a place people want to live, work, and invest in.
As someone who helps buyers and sellers throughout Jackson County, I'm excited to see this momentum continue. 🏠
