Congratulations to Stan Clampitt on the sale of 550 Stateline Road in Southaven, Mississippi!

The sale covers two buildings on 24.11 acres. One building totals 174,342 SF, and the second is a 45,000 SF building occupied by Crunch Fitness and Buck's. A national retailer is coming soon to the property, stay tuned.
