One of the cool things about Jackson… Bike paths EVERYWHERE (mostly).
You can ride from downtown Jackson to the National Park, to the Village, to Hoback, all on bike paths. Now we just need the paths to link up to Alpine and Teton Valley, Idaho, up to West Yellowstone and back and we’d have one of the most spectacular touring circuits in the world.
April 6? I guess so. Take it as it come. 🧘‍♂️

You only get 1 “I don’t know” 🤷‍♀️… other than that, come prepared with the needed info. Of course, some folks ask really random questions that you might not have thought of but knowing the listings as well as you can will help everyone in the long term.
Size, price, annual dues, rental income, age of everything, city utilities, well and septic, furnished or unfinished, hoa info and the list goes on and on.
Thankfully my crew at KW has been helping me succeed.

Working on my birthday! 🎉
I’m ok with it though.. always has seemed like just another day.
But we’ve been busy busy between putting some land under contract for our client and Julia has been helping a couple other agents around the office with contracts and showings.
Time is flying by and the dog days of summer will surely be upon us soon. 🫡✨🤠

Idaho continues to pump the highest volume around with better value and more quantity . I’m Alex Gavic with Keller Williams Jackson Hole and this is your daily hot sheet.
7 new listings hit the market today, all in Idaho. 3 vacant lots ranging from $165k up to $420k. Single family living starting at $535k for a 2 bed 3 bath town home in Driggs, up to $1.28M for a 3 bed 3 bath home in Victor.
2 listings closed, also on the Idaho side. A 2.5 acre lot in Driggs originally listed at $180k and a 4 bed 5 bath home in Victor originally listed at $1.549M.
2 listings are pending, one in Victor and one in Tetonia.

Today’s Jackson Hole market ranges from under $700K to over $20 million in the same day.�I’m Julia Richter with Keller Williams Jackson Hole — this is your daily hot sheet.�There are 2 new listings.�A remodeled 3 bed, 2 bath home in Victor for $689K.�And in Jackson, 2.33 acre lot for $1.75M.
Two price changes.�A 3 acre lot in Tetonia now offered at $299K,�And a Jackson ranch just dropped its price by $4 million down to $21M.
Two closings — both land in Driggs.�One listing pending, one cancelled.�At the end of the day, it really depends what you want.�If you’re okay with a little more drive, you can get a lot more for your money on the Idaho side.�But if you want to be in Jackson — you’re going to have to pay for it.
