🏡 Future First-Time Home Buyers — I Need Your Input!
I've been thinking about hosting a FREE First-Time Home Buyer Workshop in partnership with a local loan officer, and I'd love to know if this is something you'd be interested in attending.
One thing I've noticed is that many people who are currently renting assume buying a home is out of reach because they believe:

❌ You need a huge income
❌ The process is too complicated
The reality is that there are often loan programs, down payment assistance options, and resources available that many people simply don't know about.
My goal isn't to sell anyone a house. It's to provide honest information, answer questions, and help people understand what it actually takes to become a homeowner—whether that's this year or a few years down the road.
