Moved into my new office. Currently decorated with... nothing. Zero pictures, zero personality, one chair, one desk, and big dreams. 🚨 BLACK BEAR SPOTTED IN JACKSON🚨

We finally got photo evidence of what the bear has been up to…

Apparently he’s been wandering around town checking out yard signs. I caught him trying to claim this one as his territory. 🐻🏡

Thankfully, after a quick conversation, he agreed he wasn’t quite ready to buy or sell.

If you happen to spot him, don’t worry about the real estate advice—that’s my job. 😄

🎉🔑 Huge congrats to William and Holly on closing on their FIRST home!!
