Congratulations to the Ringo family for closing on this beautiful home! This transaction was special to me for several reasons.

1. They are a military family, making their 6th move across the country. I cannot put into words my gratitude and respect for the men, women, and families who make this sacrifice for our country🇺🇸

2. After submitting several offers and getting turned down, the Ringo's sent me this listing to check out. When I did, I noticed we were just past the deadline to submit an offer. They asked me if it's worth still putting in an offer. My response was, "The only guaranteed no is not submitting an offer". And now here they are getting the keys to their dream home in the same neighborhood that I grew up in. Funny how things work out.

To all of the buyers out there struggling to get an offer accepted...the home you are meant to be in for this season of your life will work out for you. Trust the process and ultimately trust Him.🙌
