This one has been a LOOOOONNNNGGG time coming! Years in the making, and besides my own home, this will probably go down as my favorite closing to date. Snapshot of a few communities I get questions about every day. With an ever changing market, it’s good to stay in the know of how long houses are taking from listing to closing, average sales price, number of new listings in the last 5 days and how many houses are for sale currently. Sellers should know what to expect, how many properties their home is in competition with and if they are priced correctly (with how much interest and how long their home is on the market). Buyers should know what the average cost in their neighborhood of interest compares to other communities they like and the inventory available.
