My Keller Williams family is collecting donations to support those who have been affected by Hurricane Helene and Milton. If anyone wants to donate, let me know and I will take to my office.

-Warm Clothes (coats, clothing in all sizes, clean blankets)
-Work Gear (rubber gloves, tyvek suits, respirators)
-Pet Food
-Feminine Products
-Cleaning Supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, bleach, vinegar, spray bottles)

Babies Need Bottoms
-Wipes
-Diaper Rash Cream
-Formula
-Water
-Pull Ups and Diapers

Interest rates responded positively to a huge number of economic reports last week. 📊
All loan programs except for Jumbo loans registered lower rates as Conventional loans dropped below 7% for the first time in over a month. 📉
We can't control interest rates, but we can focus on accomplishing our goals. 🎯
