Some BIG numbers and data to close out 2020!!!🔥 Price Per Square Foot is up at an average of $202/sqft in comparison to last December. The rolling 12 month average Price Per Square Foot going into 2021 continues to trend at +4.8%. The rolling 12 month Pending Home Sales average continues to pace at +11.8% indicating a another positive month for home sales ahead. Home Inventory Volume compared to December 2019 had a steep drop at -70.1% leaving us with only a 6 month supply, underscoring incredible demand in this Seller’s market.
