After earning her dual bachelor's degree in English and Environmental Studies from Bucknell University in 2013, Julianne Mammana decided to take a leap of faith and make the move to Jacksonville. Exciting as it was terrifying to move away from her entire family to a city where she knew no one-- Julianne was ready for the challenge. Julianne acclimated quickly to life on the First Coast and fell in love with all that it has to offer.

Homesick feelings were soothed with beaches and sunshine as Julianne started to consider Florida her new home. This monumental life event gave her a fresh perspective on the importance of feeling at home in unfamiliar territory.

As a Realtor, Julianne's ultimate goal is to facilitate joy and increase the quality of life for every client. Whether a client is buying, selling, leasing, or investing in property- Julianne is passionate about working with them to achieve their dreams.
