🏗️ Wow—big changes are happening in Jacksonville!

If you’ve lived here for a while, you probably have at least one memory from Regency Square Mall. After nearly 60 years, demolition has officially begun on a large portion of the property, and it honestly feels like the end of an era.

But it’s also the beginning of something new! The planned redevelopment, The Nexus at Regency, is expected to bring new homes, shops, businesses, and fresh investment to the Regency and Arlington area.

As a Realtor, I’m always interested in projects like this because they can completely change the energy of an area and impact the surrounding neighborhoods over time.

Jacksonville just keeps growing and evolving, and I’m excited to see what this property becomes! 🏡✨

When you fall in love with a neighborhood’s resort-style pool, clubhouse, parks, and beautiful landscaping, don’t forget to ask about CDD fees. They’re usually included on the property tax bill and can affect your overall monthly payment.

A gorgeous community may be worth it—just make sure you know the full cost before saying, “This is the one!” ❤️
