Our city is growing in every direction, and here are some of the major commercial and residential projects making moves:

Riverfront Plaza
- Phase 1 officially opened in late 2025. Phase 2, including expanded amenities and riverwalk connections, is expected to begin early 2026.

The Jewel at 21 West
- Redevelopment of the former JEA Tower is moving through planning now, with construction milestones anticipated to start in 2026.

Kings Landing
- Westside’s new residential community is now selling, with additional phases expected to deliver through 2026.

One Riverside – Brooklyn
- Phase 1 luxury apartments are now open, and the centerpiece of the project, a brand-new Whole Foods is on track for completion in 2026. Additional retail and restaurant spaces will continue rolling out alongside it.

Jacksonville’s momentum keeps building, and I’ll continue sharing updates as these projects come to life.
