🏡Do permits matter in a NEW construction home? They sure do. Speaking of new construction ..... I ALWAYS suggest a home inspection for NEW homes. This is one of your biggest investments. 🧐Have a reputable inspection company inspect your new construction home to uncover potential issues (and decide how to rectify) BEFORE you close.

From video and pictures online, the home, located in the Pelican Reef community, looks move-in ready. But part of the property hasn’t even been approved.

😃👏 I love that JAX International airport is adding LOCAL favorite businesses to the terminals. We already have a Southern Grounds (love, love their coffee☕️) and now Angies Subs is slated to open in Concourse A in early 2024. You can order custom subs or if you are in a rush, grab some grub from the "Grab & Go" kiosk.

✈️JAX International Airport is in the process of a $300 million dollar renovation. Five (5) new gates have been claimed by American Airlines and one (1) new gate will be used for airport overflow and gate changes.

The Oct. 13 permit shows Auld & White Constructors will renovate space in Concourse A for the Jacksonville Beach-based sandwich shop.
