🏠PSA!!! 💥Effective as of August 17th, the Real Estate Industry made some IMPORTANT changes that you need to be informed on.

From now on, a REALTOR® CANNOT show you a home UNLESS you have signed an agreement with them BEFOREHAND. This is a MANDATORY requirement and EVERY REALTOR® across the US has to have one signed before unlocking a door for you.

This agreement is called a BBA (Buyer Brokerage Agreement) and outlines our roles and responsibilities as to how we'll represent you. This agreement is negotiable (as always) between you and your Agent and also details the compensation due to us upon the sale and closing on a property we have shown you.

The good news is that many Sellers are STILL offering compensation like before to make their listings competitive and attractive to Buyers. Please know that I will work hard to have this fee covered through the Seller paying Buyer concessions or paying the compensation to my Brokerage at closing.

These new regulations will require more direct communications. We have spent COUNTLESS hours training ourselves on this new process and how to best serve our Buyers.
