WELCOME TO MY LITTLE HOME ON THE INTERNET! I’ve seen so many new faces around here lately, so I thought it would be the perfect time to re-introduce myself!
I’m Cindy — a proud Jacksonville local for 38 years and someone who truly believes home is more than just a place, it’s where life happens. I’m Puerto Rican, fluent in Spanish, and deeply rooted in this community that I’ve been fortunate to call home for decades.
My journey into real estate began in 1992 and has grown alongside my life. Over the years, that path expanded into construction and property management, allowing me to help clients not only buy and sell homes, but understand them — from the foundation to the finish. Today, I co-own a construction company, manage Airbnbs, and work with buyers and sellers across Northeast Florida.
At the heart of everything I do is connection. I love guiding people through big decisions, answering the questions they didn’t even know to ask, and helping them feel confident every step of the way. Consistent and clear communication, local insight, fierce negotiator and a calm, steady approach are what my clients know me for.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outdoors, near the water, cheering on the Gators, spending time with my two pups, or enjoying life with my husband of 28 years. I’m also a proud daughter of an Army veteran — service and commitment run deep in my family.
