This one feels especially good because the goal was never to just make it look expensive.

We put a lot of thought into the renovations and focused on the details that would make the home feel special and stand out from everything else in the neighborhood, while still keeping it affordable for a family.

A beautiful home, a strong sale, and a reminder that thoughtful renovations really do matter.

Just me carrying half of HomeGoods into another house because apparently I believe the right basket can change someone’s entire life 😂

But honestly, staging is so much more than just making a house look pretty.

83% of buyers’ agents say staging makes it easier for buyers to actually picture themselves living in a home, and almost half of sellers’ agents said staged homes spent less time on the market.

And that makes complete sense to me.

An empty room is just an empty room. But once you show buyers how the space can actually be used, it starts to feel like a home.

So yes, I will continue buying the baskets. It’s for the sellers. Obviously.

Prayed she'd come home safe. Prayed she'd get to the other side of it. And when things escalated earlier this year, those prayers got a little louder.

She came home. 🇺🇸

Under Contract. And this one hit different. 🤍

I showed this investment property to my buyer for the first time on my birthday.

In real estate, when you represent both the buyer and the seller, we call that a birthday sale. And I have always loved when that happens.

But this one carried a little more weight than usual.

Last year I lost my mom. She and I shared the same birthday. And somehow, the woman I got to walk through this property with, the one who trusted me to represent her on this investment, shares her name.

I don't think too hard about things like that. I just say thank you.
