The longer I do this, the more I realize that being good at real estate has very little to do with simply knowing how to sell a house. It’s knowing when to speak up. When to adjust. When to have the uncomfortable conversation. When to tell a client, “I know this isn’t what you wanted to hear, but here’s what I’m seeing.”

Also, being confident enough in the work you’ve done behind the scenes to stand behind your advice.

I don’t always have the answer immediately, but I’ll do the work to find it and when I tell you, “Trust me on this one”

Just know there’s usually a whole lot of homework behind it. 👩🏻‍💻
