We buy the house you pick for cash and sell it to you with simple owner financing.

The acronym H.O.A.P, pronounced HOPE, stands for Home Ownership Assistance Programs.

Simply put, we make it easier for individuals and families to achieve the American dream of home ownership by using our own funds to buy the house you want then sell it to you with owner financing.

We “carry the paper”. That just means we hold the financing. So instead of paying a bank or mortgage company every month, you’ll be paying us.

We’re a local company, right here in Jacksonville FL. Currently we’re offering this service to residents of Duval & St Johns counties only.
