2024 was a tough year. Two injuries with long recoveries. Several trips to the ER with my parents and organizing changes in their lives. PLUS the entire Real Estate Industry turned upside down with MAJOR nationwide CHANGES and new local procedures and contracts. I had to accept a lot of help. Some days other people were holding my phone as much as me. But here I am at the Better Homes & Gardens RE Lifestyles Realty Annual Awards Luncheon, as one of the Realtors being recognized for our exceptional performance last year.

This award most definitely is shared with my fantastic broker, Dan McCarthy. He made sure that all his agents were kept well informed, and gave us plenty of opportunities to be re-educated on new rules, new contracts, and new hazards for our customers in this new landscape. There is no way I could have survived 2024 and still give my HOME buying and HOME selling friends the care they deserve, and the skill they expect without the tireless efforts of Dan. Thank you!
