I met Liz almost 4 years ago when she inquired via Homes.com about one of my listings. She was not local and decided to come in town that weekend to meet me and let me show her a few homes. An hour early never looked so good.

We had some time to kill before a new construction walkthrough, so we stopped at Spring Park in Green Cove Springs. The girls found squirrels to watch, playgrounds to explore, and plenty of shade under the massive oak trees. We found beautiful waterfront views and a reminder that sometimes slowing down leads to the best moments.

If you’ve never been, put it on your list. It’s one of those places that makes you appreciate living in Northeast Florida.
