Who wants to move in just to find out that there are all type of underlying issues that weren’t seen when you walked out looking at the layout. As your realtor I would even suggest that you have an inspection completed on a new build as well. Well why you may ask and the question is very simple we are human and mistakes can be made. Your home is a huge investment and you want to protect it at all cost.
