A very serendipitous closing a couple of weeks ago.. my last sale in North Carolina 🫶 and the best part is that I got the opportunity to represent my lovely friends and Jacob as they built, from the ground up, this beautiful home in the Wyndwater subdivision in Hampstead 🌊🏠 I am SO sad that they moved to coastal NC after I left, but can’t wait for them to experience the beautiful places I got to enjoy for many years! Thank you Holly & Jacob for trusting me to help even from afar 🩵 cheers to you guys, and cheers to the end of an era for me 🥂

To all my followers, clients, friends, fellow agents and coworkers, industry associates, and really just anyone who has supported this page the last 5+ years- I am SO grateful!
I’ve been real quiet around here because my little family recently had to be the ones to sell their house and move.. 💔 we moved from NC to CA where we will be for another couple of years. To say I already miss NC dearly is an understatement. I feel so lucky to have had the opportunities to meet with and work for the most incredible clients in my 5 years of real estate there.
My wonderful, talented and hardworking team is still absolutely killing it in the Camp Lejeune market🌟

🏠January 2025 marked a huge milestone for me 🍾 My closing this last week officially marked my 100th closed transaction since getting my North Carolina real estate license in 2020. I never in a million years thought I would have the opportunity to work on 100 homes, representing 100 families, and learn everything I learned along the way. I’m immensely grateful for every single one of these, each bringing their own crazy stories, wonderful relationships formed, and lessons learned. If you were one of these, or worked alongside me these last 5 years in any way, THANK YOU 🥹 this job has been and continues to be such a blessing 🤍

As I reflect on 100 closed homes I’m also reflecting on 2024, where I had such a crazy year growing my daughter who was born in December, and was able to total $7.5 million in volume and assist 21 families with their real estate goals. It always feels weird to post statistics but I’m truly so grateful for what I was able to accomplish with an IMMENSE amount of help from my fabulous girlies at ✨✅

With only 100 sales under my belt I already feel like I could write a book about the craziness that comes with this job, but I’m sure I’ve only just touched the surface 😂 here’s to many more stories and lessons to come 🥂
