Happy Monday! 🌴

How is everyone feeling after springing forward this weekend? 😄 I wanted to start off the week on a great note as well as welcome the the arrival of spring break. As you know living in Florida has some pretty cool perks, such as living near many beautiful beaches. I for one, love going to the beach, but rarely get the time anymore. I honestly believe that a visit to the beach gives you an opportunity to daydream and act as if you’re on vacation for just a little while 😂. If you love the beach just as much as I do, can you help me out and suggest some great beaches in Florida that are worth the visit? If it’s Jax beach you love and you don’t currently reside in Jacksonville OR Florida, I’d love the opportunity to show you a few beach front “reasons” why you would love it here!

This buyer went to his local credit union and was told that he could not qualify unless he sold another property to make his ratios work. Deanna referred him to Mortgages by Linda for a 2nd opinion. We not only got the deal done without selling that other property, but we also got him a lower interest rate and CLEARED TO CLOSE in 8 days!!!!!!!

Things you should do to prepare before an Open House for your home!

Hey there, homeowners! If you're gearing up to showcase your lovely abode to potential buyers, I’ve got some pretty cool tips to make your open house a first time success!

1️⃣ Spruce Up & Declutter: First impressions matter! Give your home a little TLC by tidying up and decluttering. A clean and organized space lets buyers envision themselves living there. Trust me, you don’t want potential buyers walking over things while they are trying to picture themselves in the moment living there.

2️⃣ Curb Appeal Magic: Create an inviting entrance! A well-maintained exterior can captivate buyers even before they step inside. Trim the lawn, plant some flowers, or even place a cute wreath on the door (especially if it’s the holiday season).

3️⃣ Let There Be Light: Natural light is a total game-changer! Open the curtains and blinds to let sunlight flood your rooms. Bright spaces feel more open and airy. If it’s too dark it could dampen the mood.

This is where I come in and take it from there!
🫶🏽 Personal Touches: Set the scene! Create a cozy environment with a few strategically placed decorations. I like to include snacks from cookies, juice and water for the kiddos, or it’s more of a luxury listing, I like to include a semi heavy spread that includes wine and a charcuterie board.
