ATTENTION RESIDENTS!!!!!

Beginning Monday, May 6th, (weather permitting) we will be chemically pressure washing the breezeways, the stairwells and walls will be soft washed.

Owners should be aware that the following should be protected as the pressure washing will include a mild application of sodium hypochlorite (a bleaching solution)

Please remove all personal items from doorways including mats, wreaths/door hangings, potted plants, toys, etc.

Make sure all windows and doors are closed and secured. We are using a low-pressure spray system, but occasionally some water seeps under a door. Place a towel behind the door to prevent any leakage.
Remove or protect any outdoor video or surveillance cameras and/or keyless entry pads.

DON'T FORGET: We are cleaning with BLEACH! Please remove any items from the breezeway that could possibly be adversely affected by bleach.

Neither Oceantime Pressure Washing nor First Coast Management will be liable for any damage to items left in doorways or for damage caused by open doors and overspray.

Wolf Creek Condo Owners - please remember to cancel your auto pay for your Jan 2024 condo dues. The new management company is not using the same system as the previous management company. Please make sure your Dec 2023 payment has been processed before you cancel. If you are using clickpay - here is the link - you must login to stop this.
