A friend referred a client earlier this year and we started the house hunt. We put in so many bids on houses and stayed the course with jumping on these properties as soon as they came on the market. Six months later we have an accepted bid and a quick close. As I got to know my client through this process, I learned about him, his kids, and just enjoyed going to look at houses with him. And I was so excited to call him and tell him his offer was accepted and he was under contract. This is the super rewarding part of being a realtor to see the excitement of finding a home to create memories in and to help them find their home. Thank you for trusting me. ❤️

Sunday funday includes a morning run over the Fuller Warren bridge pedestrian path, showing a house (client brought me this sweet treat from their trip!), submitting an offer, stopping by at the Beaver Street Farmers Market to pick up a raspberry plant and some of their amazing lemonade, and enjoying this gorgeous day with a friend lunch.

We've kept this secret long enough! We've been anxious to tell everyone that we've added a new member to the team 🥹🐮

Y'all have seen all the dogs in the office lately and how much joy they have brought us. It felt like a natural next step to lean into our name and bring a baby cow onto the team! We're excited to introduce to you Bessie! ♥️

Don't worry though - She'll be here only a few days a week!
Our agent Jodi Lehrmann already has chickens, dogs & horses that stay at a farm in St.Augustine. Since she is already making this commute she volunteered to take Bessie there to stay at night!
