Tiffany Haddish says an accountant once gave her a piece of advice that changed the way she looked at money and her future.
She was encouraged to buy a piece of property every year for 15 years. The idea was simple: no matter what happened with her career, she would always have something tangible—something that could continue building wealth over time.
She says she now owns around 17 properties and made real estate a priority whenever her career allowed her to invest.
What really stood out to me is the bigger message:
Real estate isn't just about buying a house. It can be about building something for your future. 🏡💰
You don't have to be a celebrity or buy 17 properties to start. Sometimes it starts with property #1.
Buy the first one. Learn. Build equity. Make smart moves. And when the opportunity presents itself, do it again.
As a Realtor, this is one of the reasons I love what I do. I'm not just helping people find houses—I'm helping people understand how real estate can become part of their long-term financial goals.
So here's my question:
If you had the opportunity to buy one property every year for the next 10–15 years, would you do it? 👀
