“9 Out of 10 Homebuyers Said Photography Was the Most Important Feature of Real Estate Websites.” **

Having worked with hundreds of buyers, I often hear, “I don’t want to see this house because of the photos. Take it off the list.”
Another reaction is that the house is worth much less than the asking price. Result: a lower offer.

The takeaway is that every house for sale should be photographed by a professional photographer. No exceptions. And while cell phone cameras have dramatically improved, they can never take a photo like the one pictured here.
Make sure that your real estate agent includes professional photography. If he or she doesn’t, do yourself a favor and find one who does.
