This wasn't just a typical home sale—it was a great example of how the right strategy can give homeowners flexibility when buying and selling at the same time.

Earlier this year, I helped my clients purchase their new home through a Buy Now, Sell Later bridge loan program, allowing them to move into their new home before selling their existing property. This eliminated the stress of trying to coordinate two closings and gave us up to six months to market their previous home and find the right buyer.

Like many real estate transactions, there were a few bumps along the way. The buyer conducted multiple inspections, which uncovered several items that needed attention. Rather than lose momentum, we worked through the negotiations and ultimately adjusted the purchase price to keep the deal together.
