Real estate agents have free time??

Kidding… kinda 😂 On Wednesday we had a team bonding event where we went to an escape room and we completed it!! Such a fun time outside of the office. If you haven’t been, we highly reccomend Prototype Escape Games! It was a blast!

Have you had the chance to work with these amazing women? They are the backbone of our team and keep us standing! Thank you both for all your help and guidance through our transactions.

Rinnell is our listing manager who assists with putting the home on the market, communicating with sellers, and always brings the hilarious gifs to the group chats.

Dominque assist with all customers who are under contract. She keeps in contact with the lender, title company, and any quotes that could be needed for repairs.

Truly, these descriptions scrape the surface of everything these ladies accomplish on a daily basis. Thank you for all you do and the friendships we have created through business ✨

✨10 families helped✨

First quarter of the year was a huge success!! I can’t thank our customers, colleagues, and family enough for all the support! Thank you for trusting me with all your real estate needs. Seeing the smiles on closing day and the many accomplishments of owning a home is the best feeling!

Have you checked out the Jacksonville center for Performing Arts?! There are multiple theatres to check out with lots of shows ranging from symphony’s, musicals, comedians, concerts, and more! We recently saw Pretty Woman and one of our favorite comedian Jo Koi! Let me know if you go to any shows!!

New year, new headshot!

Instead of making New Year’s resolutions that I never actually keep, I decided 2023 is the year for new habits! Landon, his family, and sat down and wrote a list of commitments we want to create into habits.

My commitments were working out 5x a week, daily temperature reading with Landon (if you want to know what this lmk!!), meal prep and only eat our 1x a week, 5x a week morning routine, and get my finances in check.

Now, I am by no means perfect. I enjoy celebrating the small wins. For the month of January I have been working out consistently, meal prepping, and DTR with Landon. This month I am focusing on my morning routine and finances. Who can hold me accountable? 🙋🏻‍♀️ Who needs accountability on their new habits? 🙋

Congratulations to my dear friend, Eddie! You’re officially a homeowner!! We have been looking at homes for about a year now. We started with condos, townhouses, but he always wanted a single family home. We found the perfect one near his work and the gym! Shhhh- We were also able to get it under list price and secure 11.5K in seller concessions!
